NECA Contractors have access to the most comprehensive and complete catalog of training either locally or through NECA National.
ECC NECA and IBEW Local #100 are Trustees of our local Joint Apprenticeship Training program. With the help of the Electrical Training Alliance, we provide the most up-to-date curriculum, the best training, and a great learning space for aspiring men and women interested in our field of work.
The electrical training ALLIANCE (previously called NJATC) was created over 70 years ago as a joint training program between the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) aimed at training the best electrical workers the industry has to offer. Today, the electrical training ALLIANCE has developed into the largest apprenticeship and training program of its kind, having trained over 400,000 apprentices to journeyman status through local affiliate programs.
ELECTRI funds multiple construction research grants every year that NECA contractors have early access to.
ELECTRI has the nation's first Federally approved Project Manager apprenticeship program.
